-Captain reserves right to reschedule or return deposit for cancellations due to inclement weather. This may include high winds or heavy rain. If you cannot reschedule, we will give a full refund.

-Cancellations made more than 14 days prior may receive a full refund.

-Cancellations made more than 2 days prior may transfer deposit to another available day.

-If any fishing rod or reel is broken it is up to the captains' discretion to require you to pay for a new one. Of course, mistakes happen and we understand that, but if it was clearly deliberate you will be responsible for paying for what it was worth.
